MOSCOW, RUSSIA. – Online store of Detsky Mir chain – the largest operator of children’s goods trade in Russia – announces new features of the instore pickup service.

As of May 2018, Moscow customers of Detsky Mir online store will be able get their purchase in a retail store 60 minutes after placing the order on the website www.detmir.ru.

Detsky Mir is consistently raising the level of service in retail supermarkets and an online store. The instore pickup service is convenient for those customers who would like to receive the goods in a short time without overpaying for courier delivery. Reducing the term for orders preparation will increase customer loyalty and in the future will increase the share of online sales, which in Q1 2018 increased to 6%,” said Nadezhda Kiseleva, Head of the Directorate of External and Internal Communications of Detsky Mir Group of Companies. 

TOP-5 most popular online purchases that customers receive at customer pickup points include products for newborns (baby food, diapers, care and hygiene products) and toys.
