{"id":2055,"date":"2023-03-13T13:39:00","date_gmt":"2023-03-13T10:39:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ir.detmir.ru\/en\/2023\/03\/13\/changes-in-shareholder-structure\/"},"modified":"2023-03-13T13:39:00","modified_gmt":"2023-03-13T10:39:00","slug":"changes-in-shareholder-structure","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ir.detmir.ru\/en\/press-centre\/news\/changes-in-shareholder-structure\/","title":{"rendered":"Changes in Shareholder structure"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Moscow, Russia, 13 March 2023<\/strong> \u2013 Detsky Mir Group (\u201cDetsky Mir\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d, MOEX: DSKY), a specialised retailer and the leader in the children\u2019s goods sector in Russia and Kazakhstan, has been informed that Dmitry Klenov sold his entire stake in the Company to unidentified third party, not related to any other current large shareholder of the Company.<\/p>\n<p>Mr Klenov had entered into a definitive agreement with the third party on the sale of his 10% stake in October 2022.
