He has taken over from Sergey Li, officially taking up his position on 1 March 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to his role as the COO, Georgy Kononov was the Head of Detsky Mir Group\u2019s Retail Development and Support Department.<\/p>\n<p>Georgy has a wealth of experience in the retail industry. Prior to joining Detsky Mir, he was Director of Retail Formats Development Department at M.Video-Eldorado, where he was responsible for shaping the retail development strategy, developing innovative technology solutions for retail, and rolling out new store formats and sales channels.
