The first category took into account salaries, training, benefits packages and working conditions, while job creation, charitable activities and infrastructure investment fell under the second category. The third category considered companies\u2019 emissions and penalties, resource consumption and environmental policies. Additional points were awarded by an expert panel, which included Forbes Russia\u2019s board members and the heads of top universities.<\/p>\n<p>Detsky Mir ranked 29th overall, thus outperforming all other Russian retailers. Detsky Mir\u2019s social and charitable activities propelled the Company to a top spot in the Society category.
