Moscow, Russia, 2 July 2020<\/strong> \u2013 <\/strong>PJSC Detsky Mir (\u201cDetsky Mir\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d, MOEX: DSKY), the largest specialized children\u2019s goods retailer in Russia and Kazakhstan, announces the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) that took place on 30 June 2020.<\/p>\n

The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders passed the following resolutions:<\/p>\n

1. The distribution of RUB 2,217,000,000 as a final dividend for FY 2019 (RUB 3.0 per ordinary share), with 11 July 2020 set as the dividend record date.<\/p>\n

2. The election of the Board of Directors of PJSC Detsky Mir as follows:<\/p>\n

      The Detsky Mir Group of Companies <\/strong>(MOEX:DSKY) is a multi-format retailer and the leader in the children\u2019s goods sector in Russia.
