March 24, 2020 Moscow, Russia.<\/strong> \u2013<\/strong> PJSC Detsky Mir (\u201cDetsky Mir\u201d, the \u201cGroup\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d, MOEX: DSKY), Russia\u2019s largest specialized children\u2019s goods retailer, announces its debut inclusion in the list of the systemically important companies in Russia.<\/p>\n

The Ministry of Economic Development of Russia has expanded the list of systemically important organizations of the Russian economy, including PJSC Detsky Mir. The Ministry of Economic Development of Russia plans to monitor the financial and economic situation of organizations included in the list of the systemically important companies of the Russian economy. The purpose of monitoring the financial performance of the systemically important companies is the timely detection of negative factors affecting the sustainable development of such organizations, as well as preparing supporting proposals to eliminate identified risks or minimize their negative impact on the key operating and financial metrics of the systemically important companies.<\/p>\n

Detsky Mir Group<\/strong> (MOEX: DSKY) is a multi-format retailer and Russia\u2019s and Kazakhstan\u2019s largest specialized children\u2019s goods retailer. The Group comprises the Detsky Mir and the Detmir.ru retail chains, the ELC (Early Learning Centre in Russia) and the ABC retail chains, as well as the Zoozavr pet supplies retail chain.
