August 21, 2019, Moscow, Russia. <\/strong>Detsky Mir GC (hereinafter Detsky Mir, Company, or MOEX: DSKY), \u2013 the largest children\u2019s products retailer in Russia, part of JSFC Sistema Group (LSE: SSA, MOEX: AFKS) \u2013 announces the launch of an online store in the Republic of Kazakhstan.<\/p>\n

Now Detsky Mir online store customers will be able collect their purchase in any retail store 60 minutes after placing the order on the kz.detmir.ru website.<\/p>\n

The new service \u201cOrder and pick up at the store\u201d (in-store pickup) is available at all Detsky Mir stores in the Republic of Kazakhstan. 31 supermarkets in 16 of the country’s cities are taking part in the project: Aktau, Aktobe, Almaty, Atyrau, Zhanaozen, Karaganda, Kokshetau, Kostanay, Kyzylorda, Nur-Sultan, Pavlodar, Petropavlovsk, Semey, Taraz, Uralsk, and Shymkent.<\/p>\n

The launch of the new service in the Republic of Kazaksthan will allow millions of parents to purchase everything they need for their children in time for the new school year in next to no time.<\/p>\n

The in-store pickup service in Kazakhstan will allow customers of the Detsky Mir online store to place their order on the kz.detmir.com website and select the most convenient location to pick up their order. After the order is received, the customer will receive a text message regarding the status of the order and its location on the \u201cOrder and Take Away\u201d storage shelf. The customer can pick up their order within 24 hours after receiving the text message and pay for the order at the cashier station in-store.<\/p>\n

\u201cOnline stores have long become our everyday reality. Shopping online is convenient and comfortable. In-store pickup is a win-win shopping option for our customers, because they do not need to spend many hours selecting what they need to buy in-store. The service is convenient because the customer can pick up their order at any time and will not need to pay for delivery. The launch of the online store will increase customer loyalty and, in the future, will increase Detsky Mir GC’s share of online sales in Kazakhstan,\u201d said Nadezhda Kiseleva, Head of the Directorate of External and Internal Communications of Detsky Mir Group of Companies. <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n
