Detsky Mir Group, the largest children\u2019s goods retailer in Russia and Kazakhstan, has been acknowledged as having among Russia\u2019s most open and transparent procurement procedures by the National Procurement Transparency Rating (NPTR).<\/p>\n
The NPTR announced the results of its 10th annual survey of public and private procurement in Russia on 7 December at an awards ceremony held at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Detsky Mir garnered the highest status of \u201cguaranteed transparency\u201d alongside two other companies: PJSC Tatneft and Gazprom Neft PJSC.<\/p>\n

The NPTR\u2019s rating is the latest confirmation of this.<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n The NPTR is an independent private research centre that assesses the transparency and legal compliance of public and private procurement markets. Participants in all categories are rated on a five-point scale \u2013 guaranteed, high, average, basic and low transparency \u2013 that reflects the maturity and quality of their procurement procedures. Guaranteed and high transparency are considered to be positive evaluations, and basic and low transparency as negative.
