{"id":123,"date":"2019-03-27T12:28:50","date_gmt":"2019-03-27T09:28:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ir.detmir.ru\/en\/?page_id=123"},"modified":"2025-02-04T17:07:37","modified_gmt":"2025-02-04T14:07:37","slug":"general-meeting-of-shareholders","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ir.detmir.ru\/en\/","title":{"rendered":"General Meeting of Shareholders"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>General Meeting of Shareholders is the supreme management body of the Company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>General Meeting of Shareholders operates in accordance with the \nArticles of Association, internal documents of the Company approved by \nGeneral Meeting of Shareholders, and the laws of the Russian Federation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Company shall hold an annual (ordinary) General Meeting of \nShareholders. The annual General Meeting of Shareholders is held to \nelect the Board of Directors and the Audit Commission of the Company, \napprove the Internal Auditor of the Company and address other matters \nreferred to the competence of the General Meeting of Shareholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>General Meetings of Shareholders other than the annual General Meeting of Shareholders shall be extraordinary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that in preparation for the General Meeting of Shareholders  of PJSC Detsky Mir, shareholders are given the opportunity to ask  questions to the members of the executive bodies and the Board of  Directors of PJSC Detsky Mir on the agenda of the General Meeting of  Shareholders, as well as express their opinion on the agenda items by  sending relevant
